Prior to Armando's arrival I received a text stating that he would arrive within 30 minutes and a his photo was provided - excellent! Armando also called about 10 minutes before arrival. He explained the work that would be done and showed pictures of the items he cleaned/checked after the maintenance was completed. This was a very positive experience. Thank you.

Armando was very thorough in the 6 month checkup and I recommend him. Unfortunately, someone in the office forgot to order the PureAir parts that were needed, so a return visit will be required.
