Zachary did a great job servicing the unit. Called and text before arrival. Introduced himself upon arrival and provided detailed explanations. He even came back to measure the air filter for me so I could order replacements. And then even sent me the link. Very satisfied with the service and great jog to Zachary!!

Great service
Service on time and so far all is well. The systems has been serviced and working as expected.
The only issue so far was that I asked the technician to install some brackets and was told that there is no cement to attach it to.
Not a big deal because the unit is not shaking, but come hurricane season it can become a problem. So I'm going to Home Depot to get them and install them myself
