Bob Underwood was born in North Carolina at Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base. He moved to Ohio when he was 14 years old and finished high school in Sheffield Lake. He started as an apprentice in the HVAC industry in 1980 with Lakewood Furnace Company. In 1985, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he worked until 1994, when he followed a call to be a Missionary Church Planter in the Coalfields of Logan County West Virginia. During the next 10 years, he continued to work part time in HVAC while developing ministries to serve the people in Southern West Virginia.
In 2005, Bob Moved back to the Atlanta area and began a new church and went back to work for the company where he was previously employed while starting an education program training Technicians, Installers, Plumbers and Electricians. Bob had been wanting to relocate to Florida to be closer to his parents so he moved to Cape Coral in June of 2018. He joined the Conditioned Air team as Assistant Service Manager and was promoted to Service Manager in October of 2018. Bob has been married to his wife Brenda since 1980 and they have 11 children and 6 grandchildren and have fostered over 40 children in the past 12 years.
