Randy Grimmer

Randy was born in New Jersey and moved to Wyoming when he was 15 years old. In Wyoming, he became the 4th generation to work in air conditioning in his family when he began helping out with his father's business during the summers. In 1991, he started working with his father full-time and eventually took over the business in 1998. He successfully ran his business for 16 years when he and his wife decided to look into selling the business and moving to Naples, FL for the sunny and warm weather. Shortly after coming to Naples, he decided to look into Conditioned Air where he was immediately hired as the Senior Project Estimator in October 2014, was promoted to Service Manager in January 2015, and returned to our Estimating Department as Manager in October of 2018.
