Every residential replacement system or accessory carries this guarantee. Period. There is no fine print. You can return any system or accessory, up to one full year from the date of installation. CONDITIONED AIR'S one year guarantee assures you, our customer, your complete satisfaction, or we will refund your money in full. Period.

We do NOT ask for, or accept, customer deposits before a repair OR replacement is done. You only pay at the time the job is completed. Of course, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Our technicians are there to repair your system, or recommend corrective actions, NOT to sell you something you don't need or want. We do NOT pay commissions on parts used in any repair of your system.
