Water GardTM is a Patented, UL Listed system used to monitor all 24V Controlled HVAC Systems for unsafe levels of condensation in the drain pans. When water is detected, Water GardTM locks out the AC System after a brief time delay to avoid false alarms. Specific Sensors are designed to fit either the Primary Drain Pan or the Safety/Auxillary Drain Pan.

The other light is red and comes on when the AC system has been locked out. The control board and one Clip On Sensor Assembly is included to monitor one location. This unit is designed for use on Rooftop Package Units with only a Primary Drain Pan.

The Drop In Sensor is weighted and magnetic, with fixed probes set at 1/16″ off the bottom of the Safety/Auxillary Drain Pan.

This unit is designed to detect condensation overflows in the Primary Drain Pan from the Secondary Drain hole. The Screw In Sensor screws directly into the Secondary/Auxilliary Drain hole on the Primary Drain Pan and has fixed sensor probes that detect overflow when the Primary Drain Pan becomes restricted.

Adjustable, Clip On Sensors clip over the edge of the Primary Drain Pan providing detection from inside the Primary Pan. Two Clip On Sensors make up one Clip On Sensor Assembly.

This magnetic, weighted sensor with preset probes detects condensation in the Safety/Auxillary Drain Pan at 1/16″ of an inch. Can be used in metal or plastic drain pans.

Screws directly into the Secondary Drain Hole on the Primary Drain Pan. Preset sensor probes detect condensation after the Primary Drain has become restricted and shut off the A/C System before overflow occurs.
