Conditioned Air Corp. has been serving Collier and Lee Counties since 1962 in all facets of HVAC work. This includes new construction installation, retail replacement installation, emergency and on-demand service, repair and warranty work, and regularly scheduled periodic maintenance service. Today, Conditioned Air has over 120 people dedicated to serving the residential HVAC needs of clients in southwest Florida. We are a state certified HVAC contractor and are licensed and regulated by the State of Florida, Office of Insurance Regulation to engage in certain guaranteed service contracts. Conditioned Air has 5700+ service contracts with customers offering customized, periodic service and filter cleaning for their HVAC systems.

We maintain two distinct new construction departments that specialize in, and focus on, two different markets: Custom New Construction handles large, custom residences with an emphasis on major attention to detail and specialized equipment; and Production New Construction dedicated to high volume builders and tightly scheduled delivery times.

Regardless of the scope of project, our Estimating Department performs full Heat Load calculations and Florida Energy Calculations prior to the design or pricing of any system. This holds true for fully engineered plans as well; serving as a double check for us, the builder, and the builder’s client. Any discrepancies are discussed at the beginning of the project.

Our Production New Construction Division concentrates on the timely delivery of rough-in and trim-out of HVAC systems for quality, quantity builders. These homes are usually repeated in large numbers in a single subdivision where repetition of process yields favorable pricing to the builder from Conditioned Air. Examples of builders we work with are: Pulte Homes, Beazer Homes, Lennar Homes, David Weekly Homes, Ryland Homes, and Habitat for Humanity. All of these builders require adherence to schedule, proper installation, proper sizing of cooling and heating systems and immediate follow-up to any warranty issues. Conditioned Air exceeds their expectations in all areas and has the staff and expertise to execute these functions in a timely manner. Customer delight is our goal and we know how important it is to our builders.

Custom New Construction often involves design/build functions and meetings with the homeowner to understand their definitions of comfort and use of the home. Additional dehumidification and separate wine rooms are often involved. Custom air distribution systems, often hidden behind cove molding, remote sensors and special filtration are standard practices for many of these homes in which we become involved. Our clients include: BCB Homes, Kurtz Homes, Deerbrook Homes, Newbury North, A. Vernon Allen Construction, The Williams Group, Port Royal Club, and Carlson Harris Construction. This division is also responsible for our light commercial construction. A typical example of this would be a tenant build-out in an office building or retail space renovation or new development.

Conditioned Air’s passionate focus is on the residential and light commercial markets in southwest Florida. We do not entertain projects that are heavy commercial, institutional or industrial in nature. We specialize in knowing homeowners and homeowners’ desires.
