    If CONDITIONED AIR cannot make you completely satisfied with any residential replacement system or accessory you buy from us, we will take back your equipment and refund your money, in full, for up to one year after installation. Every residential replacement system or accessory carries this guarantee. Period. There is no fine print. You can return any system or accessory, up to one full year from the date of installation. CONDITIONED AIR'S one year guarantee assures you, our customer, your complete satisfaction, or we will refund your money in full. Period.

  • You Pay NO Deposit Ever

    We do NOT ask for, or accept, customer deposits before a repair OR replacement is done. You only pay at the time the job is completed. Of course, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

  • We Do Not Pay Commissions to Our Technicians

    Our technicians are there to repair your system, or recommend corrective actions, NOT to sell you something you don't need or want. We do NOT pay commissions on parts used in any repair of your system.
